The United States has set a plan to refine and sell up to 50 million barrels of Venezuelan oil, which was stuck in Venezuela due to U.S. blockade.
Media organisations reported that Caracas and Washington had reached a deal to export Venezuelan crude oil worth $2 billion to the United States, U.S. President Donald Trump had stated on Tuesday.
U.S. President Trump had been asking Venezuela acting President Delcy Rodrigues to give the U.S. and private companies free access to Venezuelan oil industry.
