The U.S. President in his World Economic Forum, Davos speech reiterated his intension of acquiring Greenland, which now is an autonomous territory under Denmark now. While some European nations have distanced themselves and said that the two nations can negotiate, Trump’s stand worry most European nations. Many also suggest that U.S. stand would break NATO, which eventually would benefit China and Russia.
According to reports, China on Wednesday made it clear that China has no intension of competing for influence with any country, without referring to the tension between the U.S. and Europe over Greenland issue.
