Powerful Storm Hits Portugal

A powerful storm has left more than 800,000 people without power in central and northern Portugal. According to reports, the storm, named Kristin, has uprooted trees, posts, damaged homes and thrown life out of gear.

The storm then hit Spain, affecting life there. According to reports, more than 160 roads across Spain have been were affected by snow on Wednesday. Rooftops of in central Madrid has been covered with snow bringing disruptions in normal life.
